How can I book an appointment?
Appointments can be made by calling or texting our office at (541) 244-0111. We have reception available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday afternoons. Otherwise, if you leave us a message, we will get back to you. We can also be reached by our contact form, which comes through our email.
What are your business hours?
We operate by appointment only, so please reach out to schedule a visit at your convenience.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill health insurance, but we can provide you with a coded receipt to submit to your insurance company in attempt to get reimbursed on your own. We will happily bill your auto insurance if you have been in an accident and have an open claim.
Where are you located?
Our clinic is situated in Grants Pass, Oregon, at 130 NE Manzanita Ave. This is on Manzanita near to 7th Street, between 6th and 7th.
