Our Services
The primary treatment modality at Radiant Family is acupuncture.
I am an active student in the art of listening. I listen to hear you and to understand your experience. And once the treatment begins, I listen to your body. Once my head brain and my finger brains have come to their best conclusions, acupuncture needles will be applied and I will leave you for a short time to rest. Sometimes a treatment will include only the needles. Other times, I may include some massage, cupping, gua sha or moxa. I will use the modalities that I feel are most appropriate, but I also consider you a partner in the process. I will do my best to accommodate your preferences and ensure you are comfortable in this process.

My acupuncture treatments can best be described as "body informed."

I also have a full Chinese herbal dispensary at hand. I carry Evergreen brand Chinese herbal granule powders, and a small amount of pills and capsules of varying brands. If you are seeking Chinese herbal medicine without acupuncture, we can accommodate you, just let us know in advance.

The newest addition to Radiant Family is the frequency therapy room. This is a combination of light (red, near, and mid infrared light therapy) combined with sound (vibroacousitc therapy by way of an inHarmony Sound Lounge). Please get in touch with us to learn more.
5NP Auricular Therapy Techician Training
We are now teaching Five Needle Protocol (5NP) Training Courses to fulfill the requirements to become a Registered 5NP Technician with the Oregon Medical Board.
5NP is a standardized treatment of using five acupuncture points in the ear to treat substance abuse disorder, mental health conditions and trauma. This protocol has been used for decades to help manage the many symptoms associated with these disorders, as well as to help people sustainably overcome them. 5NP has well-documented cases of success throughout the nation since the late 1970s, and an impressive body of peer-reviewed clinical evidence to back up its efficacy.
As of March, 2026, Oregon will begin registering 5NP Technicians who have taken the required training as set out by the Oregon Medical Board. The requirements include 30 hours of coursework and the practical application of 5NP therapy to 40 ears in order to be qualified to register with the Board as a 5NP Technician. This will take place as in-person workshops held in Medford, Oregon over the course of four days.
The first courses are already scheduled this Spring, and spaces are limited. If you are interested, please contact us through the website, by phone, or by email for more information.
